Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were consistently pristine, the location picturesque, and there was a diverse range of activities catering to all ages. Boredom was never an issue. Our vacation was practically perfect – from the outstanding dining experience to the service exceeding our expectations. The reception was highly professional, and our butler was incredibly helpful and always available. The care provided by the staff, especially for our little one, was heartwarming. We truly felt at home. Thank you for providing us with such an unforgettable experience!

Amazing! From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. A luxury hotel at a high level. Modern room equipment and very clean. Nice service. Greek restaurant by the beach with a beautiful Sea view. Reception manager Mr. Sayed is very helpful.

An Exceptional Stay at Tucana Resort, Hurghada

From the moment I stepped into Tucana Resort in Hurghada, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of modern elegance and comfort. The resort, being a new establishment, exudes a freshness that is both inviting and luxurious. What stood out the most during my stay was the exemplary service. Each member of the staff was not just helpful, but genuinely kind and accommodating. The reception and restaurant teams, in particular, deserve special mention for their attentive and friendly demeanor. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The culinary experience at Tucana Resort was a highlight. With a variety of dining options available, it was a delight to indulge in different cuisines every day. The local food, served in some of the restaurants, was exceptionally good and offered an authentic taste of the region's culinary delights. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of Tucana Resort. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. Exceeded expectations, certainly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in Egypt. We will return.

A new concept in Egypt all restaurants in Tucana are A’ la carte.. you help yourself to cereal/ yoghurt/ fruit etc at breakfast then order your mains/ coffees/ juices from the waiter. Lunch/ Dinner table service. Attentive friendly staff, excellent quality food served, hot plates. Spacious rooms, modern and immaculate.. mini bar refreshed daily. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Good beach, waiter service there. Sea great to swim but the snorkelling is great as there’s a reef about 200 mts out. The staff everywhere are a credit to the hotel.

Everything was really great. Nothing was any trouble to anyone. A check up phone call daily irked a little as in my opinion it wasn’t necessary, we mentioned this and it was noted.

Paradise on earth

The hotel and food were amazing value for money. Rooms very comfortable and clean, a lot of variety in the food and very helpful staff. We took an upgrade to a swim up suite for the last 2 days which was absolutely amazing value for money with the pool, room, butler service and royal club.. highly recommend!!!

The first 2 nights we stayed in a room close to the bars and the music was quite loud in the evening. However they moved us to a very quiet part of the resort immediately upon asking since we were there in a calmer period. Only real negative point for us was that we received daily texts, phone calls ánd were visited at the beach/pool/restaurant Multiple times each day to ask if everything was still ok... It's nice to ask, but a text each day, AND a phone call each day AND being asked every time you are trying to relax by the pool or at a restaurant, it's just too much and too intrusive...

absolutely amazing

(We )me and. My mother landed for a 8 day holiday to Sunrise Tucana hurghada from the minute we arrived The staff greeted us with champagne / or drinks of your choice and chocolates very very welcoming. Once checked in we was shown around the resort and introduced to other staff members who can help us throughout our stay. We was then shown to our Tucana Pool Suite (wow!!) This was the the start to a fantastic holiday the pool was heated and private and the had sun loungers and table and chairs on the pool side the room was extremely large with large shower dressing area and private toilet. The cleaning staff was just amazing clean towels bedding and little gifts left after every clean. There was toiletries in the suite along with dressing gowns and slippers. The meals in all of the restaurants of à la cart service nothing is too much trouble if they can make it for you they will. The animation team are amazing and big thank you to Trish and Pauline the barman Yousef it was absolutely amazing and kept my mum happy on holiday with her glasses of champagne morning noon and night . The management greeted us every night before a meal and was constantly asking us if we needed anything and the service was absolutely amazing words cannot describe this an amazing hotel and the the holiday we had here in fact we was even contemplating staying an extra 7 days but unfortunately we was called back to Business we will be back in September can't wait to go home xxxx Zoe and Susan 20/03/2023

just perfect

The best place you can find in Egypt. Absolutely stunning design, super friendly and polite staff. Food is really good, everyday is smth new, no buffet, only a-la-cart which is great. Special thanks to the chef Denis and Ahmed from F&B departments, who made this stay absolutely unique. It's a very special place, you will never regret to visit it. And moreover it's a first hotel in our life where we want to comeback.
