Exceeded expectations, certainly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in Egypt. We will return.

A new concept in Egypt all restaurants in Tucana are A’ la carte.. you help yourself to cereal/ yoghurt/ fruit etc at breakfast then order your mains/ coffees/ juices from the waiter. Lunch/ Dinner table service. Attentive friendly staff, excellent quality food served, hot plates. Spacious rooms, modern and immaculate.. mini bar refreshed daily. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Good beach, waiter service there. Sea great to swim but the snorkelling is great as there’s a reef about 200 mts out. The staff everywhere are a credit to the hotel.

Everything was really great. Nothing was any trouble to anyone. A check up phone call daily irked a little as in my opinion it wasn’t necessary, we mentioned this and it was noted.

Amazing! From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. Paradise on earth

The hotel and food were amazing value for money. Rooms very comfortable and clean, a lot of variety in the food and very helpful staff. We took an upgrade to a swim up suite for the last 2 days which was absolutely amazing value for money with the pool, room, butler service and royal club.. highly recommend!!!

The first 2 nights we stayed in a room close to the bars and the music was quite loud in the evening. However they moved us to a very quiet part of the resort immediately upon asking since we were there in a calmer period. Only real negative point for us was that we received daily texts, phone calls ánd were visited at the beach/pool/restaurant Multiple times each day to ask if everything was still ok... It's nice to ask, but a text each day, AND a phone call each day AND being asked every time you are trying to relax by the pool or at a restaurant, it's just too much and too intrusive...
